Monday 14th March 6:30pm	Celebratory Reception and Debate For Cogers, guests, invited luminaries and representatives of other debating and speaking organisations. Help blow out the candles on our birthday cake! Cost: £8 advance / £10 on the door (including wine & canapés) Pictures now on the website
Monday 25th July 6:30pm	Money & Power: the future of the City Popular debate at a low cost, with representatives of invited anti- capitalist groups, city representatives and others. Cost: £3 (including food)
Monday 14th November 7:00pm	Anniversary Debate: "The past 250 years" Our prestige debate, using the standard Cogers format, discussing the events of the past 250 years. Pictures now on the website
Saturday 21st January, 2006 10:30am to 4:00pm	Speaking Olympiad Teams from Cogers, Kingston Debating Society, The Rotary Club ('Youth Speaks') and the Association of Speakers' Clubs will challenge each other in a series of speeches and debates in several different formats, to be judged by someone special.
